T-OnE (Wuxi) Technology Co., Ltd. is an emerging force in compound semiconductor photonic chips. Founded in 2022 in the Wuxi National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the company is led by world-leading optoelectronics experts and has built a full-chain compound semiconductor IDM platform—from chip design and epitaxial growth to wafer fabrication, packaging, and testing.
Leveraging proprietary photonic chip integration technology, T-OnE has overcome the R&D and industrialization challenges of 100Gbps (PAM4) EML and CW-DFB (100mW), and now offers a comprehensive laser chip portfolio covering FP, DFB, and EML.
With customer value creation at its core, T-OnE focuses on the key challenges of the optical communications industry—bandwidth, energy consumption, performance, and reliability—and delivers highly reliable, high-performance semiconductor laser solutions.

2023-08
完成厂房选址
公司在无锡高新区完成核心生产基地的选址与规划，正式启动现代化半导体厂房建设。

高标准洁净室启用
洁净室采用模块化设计，为高速光芯片的高精度制造提供了稳定环境。

设备 Move in 完成
完成价值数亿元的半导体制造设备搬迁与调试，包括 MOCVD 外延生长系统、电子束光刻机、反应离子刻蚀机等关键设备。
2024-12
首批 100G EML 样片下线
依托自主创新的 InP 基光芯片集成技术，公司成功推出100Gbps（CWDM4）电吸收调制激光器（EML）样片，并完成初步验证。
2025-01
首批 CW-DFB 100mW 样片下线
公司推出新一代连续波分布反馈激光器（CW-DFB）100mW 样片，在高温环境下实现稳定输出，功率裕量相比行业主流 75mW 产品提升 33%。
