Privacy Policy

Effective date:2026-10-18

1. Who we are

This website is operated by TY Technology (the "Company", "we"). We are the personal information processor for the personal information collected through this website.

For any question about this policy or your personal information, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We collect personal information only in the scenarios below:

  • Job application: name, phone, email, education, school, major, work experience, self-introduction and resume attachment - for recruitment assessment and communication;
  • Contact form: name, phone, email, company, message content and source IP - for responding to enquiries and customer service;
  • Product enquiry: name, company, email, phone, enquiry content and source IP - for product quotation and follow-up;
  • Termination check: the name and ID card number entered for the query, plus the source IP and hit/miss result - for anti-fraud and background checks; the query log does not store the queried name or ID number;
  • Website analytics: page path, visit time, browser type and a one-way hashed IP identifier - for traffic statistics and site improvement; the raw IP is not stored.

3. Sensitive personal information

The termination check involves ID card numbers, which are sensitive personal information under PIPL. The check is provided only for legitimate background verification and anti-fraud purposes. Please do not submit another person's ID number without lawful authorization.

We do not store the name or ID number you enter in the query log; only the source IP and the hit/miss result are recorded for security auditing.

4. Legal bases and purposes

We rely on the following legal bases for processing:

  • Consent: when you tick the consent box and submit a form, you agree that we may process the information for the purpose stated at the collection point;
  • Contract or pre-contract steps: assessing job applications and responding to business enquiries you initiate;
  • Legal obligations: retaining records required by labour, tax, accounting or other laws;
  • Legitimate interests: anti-fraud checks, network security and statistical analysis that do not override your rights.

5. Sharing, entrusted processing and cross-border transfer

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share it only with:

  • our email service provider (SMTP), which transmits notification and verification emails on our behalf;
  • hosting and operation service providers that maintain the website under confidentiality obligations;
  • competent authorities where required by law.

This website loads web fonts from Google Fonts and front-end libraries from jsDelivr. When your browser requests these resources, your IP address and the referring page may be transmitted to servers outside mainland China. If you prefer to avoid this, you may use a browser extension that blocks third-party requests; core pages will still be readable.

Where cross-border transfer is required for other processing, we will carry out the statutory assessment and obtain separate consent as required.
